東京会場： 5月16日（土）日本教育会館 (Nihon Kyoiku Kaikan)
関西会場： 5月23日（土）京都市国際交流会館 (Kyoto Int'l Community House)
開催形式： 対面（「シンポジウムⅠ」のみオンライン併用） / (Only Symposium I will be held in a hybrid format; Symposia II-IV are in-person.)

参加費用： 一般 4,000円 (General) / 学生 2,000円 (Student) 紀要代込。東京・関西の両会場にご参加いただけます。返金はいたしかねます。※オンライン参加（シンポジウム I ）のみは1,000円です。(Registration fee [in-person participation; non-refundable]: 4,000 JPY; 2,000 JPY for students, valid for both Tokyo and Kansai sessions; 1,000 JPY for online participants in Symposium I.)

Luncheon Party (13:10−14:20)
A welcome luncheon party will be held in the Special Conference Room (特別会議室 on the 2nd floor of the Community House at the invitation of the Tōhō Gakkai.

14:50−16:30
After the luncheon party, participants will visit Sen-oku Hakukokan Museum 泉屋博古館 by sightseeing bus. Participants will be able to see the numerous ancient Chinese bronze artifacts and restored important cultural properties housed in the museum. After visiting the museum, the party will break up at the JR Kyoto Station around 17:00.
(参観後、観光バスにて京都市役所前、烏丸御池を経由してJR京都駅八条口付近で17:00頃解散)
